I love animals. I love to create recipes. I love inspiring the world. The best day of my life was when I decided to become a raw vegan 4 years ago on September 12, 2014. I was 34 and about 190 lbs. I dealt with constant acne, painfully sore joints, sugar imbalances, digestive upset, weak hormones, depressed and irritable. 

After 14 months eating this way, I had lost 70 lbs, came out of my irritable and depressive state, my joints were no longer sore, my hormones balanced and my acne was gone. My digestion improved dramatically and I decided I never wanted to go back to eating cooked foods again. 

I have written 4 recipe books (2x 30 Day Meal Plans, a Winter Raw Food recipe book and my personal favourite, the Dips n' Dressings book) All available as e-books and also as full-colour print versions on Amazon.

I started a YouTube channel to answer questions on my lifestyle and help others find healing eating whole raw plant foods.
